Each ornate pendant is meticulously handcrafted and adorned with over 98 delicate gold granules, a testament to the patience and artistry of Filipino craftsmanship.

Made by master artisans in Ilocos, this heirloom piece features the rare gold filigree technique, a pre-Hispanic indigenous craft where fine silver threads are hand-shaped into intricate lace-like (kalado) patterns inspired by nature.

Designed to be passed down through generations, the Julia Rosita Necklace gracefully ages with time — its gold patina deepening into a warm, antique glow that reflects both heritage and resilience.

By collaborating with talented Filipino plateros in Ilocos and Benguet, AMAMI hopes to revive our proud heritage of gold filigree jewelry, a pre-colonial technique existing long before the Spanish.
